The Customs Consultative Group (CCG) serves as an institutional platform for structured dialogue between the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and key industry stakeholders. The primary objective of the meeting was to facilitate policy-level consultations on Customs and indirect tax issues, enabling a collaborative approach to regulatory improvements. The CCG aimed to enhance ease of doing business and promote trade facilitation by identifying operational bottlenecks in Customs administration and recommending practical reforms.
