Forum met with the Commissioner, GST Policy Wing, Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs to discuss challenges faced by members with respect to determination of place of supply for international courier services in case where either the service provider or recipient is located outside India. This was a follow up to our earlier submission on the matter submitted to the Policy Wing.
