Direct Taxes has extended the due-date for Tax Audit reports

Central Board of Direct Taxes has extended the due-date for Tax Audit reports to February 15, 2022 and for Income Tax Returns to March 15, 2022

The board has extended the due date for filing tax audit reports, report u/s 92E for AY 2021-22 to Feb 15, 2022; Extends due date for filing ITRs to Mar 15, 2022. Please see the circular here.
